FINAL MAJOR PROJECT
My final major project set out to transform the beauty landscape by creating a sub-brand for popular online retailer Beauty Bay. Driven by the vision to blend makeup and skincare seamlessly, this brand reimagines beauty products to do more than just enhance appearance—they care for the skin too. The aim was to design multifunctional products that prioritise skin health while delivering flawless cosmetic results.

At the heart of this project is a commitment to genuine inclusivity. In an industry often criticised for limited representation, this sub-brand challenges conventional norms by embracing all skin tones, types, and identities. It seeks to provide accessible beauty solutions that empower every individual to feel seen and celebrated.

By conducting in-depth market research and developing a strategic brand identity, this project aspires to position the sub-brand as a pioneer in inclusive, hybrid beauty. It is not just about launching products; it is about setting a new standard for authenticity, accessibility, and innovation in the
