E-commerce Campaign

At Wetsuit Outlet, I worked alongside their team to create and refine email campaigns that truly connected with their audience. My role was to take the briefs and turn them into engaging, on-brand emails that showcased their diverse product range, from wetsuits to accessories, in a way that appealed to a variety of customers. I focused on curating content that highlighted product features, benefits, and variations, ensuring every email spoke directly to the needs of the audience. It wasn’t just about following the specifications—I made sure every campaign captured the tone and style that customers expect from Wetsuit Outlet.

I also had the exciting challenge of managing emails for international markets, including Europe and the US. This meant tailoring the messaging to different audiences, keeping cultural differences in mind, and making sure the content resonated wherever it landed. It was a great opportunity to think globally while staying focused on what matters most: creating emails that drive clicks, sales, and customer loyalty.
